The David Tennant era has nearly come to an end but as these last specials are being shown a DVD boxset is all ready being made for all of them to go on. The DVD will feature The Next Doctor, Planet of the Dead, The Waters of Mars and The End Of Time. It is released on the 11th January 2010 priced £39.99 - The Blu-Ray will cost £49.99 (you can see the picture below).
